AI can only be used effectively if people can understand, apply, and contextualize it. To achieve this, companies need the right skills, clear guidance, and a culture that fosters participation. The third session of the AI Practical Workshop will demonstrate how companies can empower employees to work with AI and foster acceptance of new ways of working.
The use of AI is transforming tasks, collaboration, and decision-making processes. To ensure that new applications are truly utilized in day-to-day work, employees must be involved early on and provided with targeted support.
This session focuses on how companies can build AI competence, take uncertainties seriously, and guide employees in the practical use of AI.
