Price transparency and terms of payment

Tax details are indicated according to the customer data at check-out. The prices include VAT and are clearly marked in the respective product information or event information.

• Payment by invoice
  You have the option of paying for your order by invoice.
  Payments must be made within ten days of the invoice date without deduction to the account specified on the invoice, stating the invoice number.

There are NO shipping costs when booking Bayern Innovativ GmbH events (congresses, forums, conference proceedings and studies).

Shipping costs are incurred when ordering goods. These are shown separately on the product page. Deliveries are only possible to addresses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Standard shipping is carried out by DHL. Express delivery is also possible if required.

The delivery time for deliveries to:

• Germany: 3-5 working days
• Austria, Switzerland: 5-10 working days
