Note on online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (ODR platform), which can be accessed at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. You can find our e-mail address in the legal notice.
Information on the willingness to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board
We endeavor to settle any disputes arising from consumer contracts out of court.
We will decide on a case-by-case basis whether we are prepared to conduct a dispute resolution procedure via a consumer arbitration board. The body for such a procedure is

In these cases in particular, no such dispute resolution procedure is possible:
- If you are an entrepreneur.
- If you have not previously asserted the disputed claim against us.
- If it is a dispute arising from a contract for a non-economic service of general interest.
- If an application to the consumer arbitration board is obviously without prospect of success from the point of view of the dispute mediator there or appears to be unreasonable, in particular because
- the disputed claim was already time-barred when the application was filed
- the dispute has already been settled
- an application for legal aid for the dispute has already been rejected on the grounds that the intended legal action does not offer sufficient prospect of success or appears to be unreasonable
Legal recourse is of course available to you at any time.
