Jana-Josephine Chowdhury is the founder of ALPHAMINT and an expert in AI enablement. She has led AI transformation projects at international corporations and brings 16 years of experience in banking and digital transformation to the table. As a “bridge” between business and IT, she demonstrates how employees can be empowered rather than replaced—in a tangible, practical way that doesn’t feel like mandatory training. Most recently, she spoke at the Munich Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) Women Entrepreneurs’ Day in front of about 300 female entrepreneurs (“When AI Enablement Becomes Fire Safety Training”) and wrote an article in the IHK magazine about female leadership and AI. As an ambassador for the Education Foundation, she is also committed to promoting AI and financial education in schools.
