Artificial intelligence doesn’t just change individual work steps. It also raises the question of which tasks people will take on, which activities can be supported, and where processes should be reimagined. The second session of the AI Practical Workshop focuses on work organization, task allocation, and human-AI collaboration. The central question is how companies can meaningfully evolve their work with AI.

AI becomes particularly relevant when companies reevaluate tasks, processes, and roles. Which activities can be supported? Where are new requirements emerging? And how is the collaboration between humans and machines changing?

This session demonstrates how companies can practically implement AI in the workplace. The focus is not on automation at any cost, but on a thoughtful examination of tasks, workflows, and responsibilities.

You’ll receive expert insights and real-world examples from companies that are already reimagining work through AI.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • Insights into reshaping work with AI
  • Practical examples of human-AI collaboration
  • Analysis of tasks, processes, and roles
  • Discussion on opportunities, limitations, and specific areas of application

The hands-on workshop is being held in cooperation with the MÜNCHNER KREIS and the Bavarian Chambers of Industry and Commerce.
