Thomas Schönweitz is the founder and CEO of whitespring. He advises companies on the use of artificial intelligence, designs AI-supported work processes, and develops platforms such as StoryVault. As a speaker on AI topics, he combines his experience in consulting and product development with the practical application of AI within his own company. His focus is on practical implementation: How can tasks, workflows, and collaboration be redesigned with AI? In doing so, he draws on his background in design thinking and business psychology, considering technical possibilities as well as the changes for people and organizations. Thomas Schönweitz is also a lecturer in strategic management and co-director of the MÜNCHNER KREIS’s Working Group on Digitalization in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises.
