Our vision for 2036: "In 2036, Bavaria will have a globally leading ecosystem for intelligent, trustworthy humanoid robotics - from education to technology, production to application, in order to secure Europe's prosperity and sovereignty and make people's lives easier."
Humanoid robotics is a strategic future field with enormous potential for innovation and value creation. In order to survive in global competition and preserve the technological sovereignty of Germany and Europe, we must actively shape this future topic now. We invite developers, suppliers, users and research institutions to join our Bavarian competence network, share tasks and build the infrastructure of the future across industries.

Focus: Practical application, demonstrators and economic efficiency (ROI).

- Identification of scalable use cases (e.g. in bin-picking, mobility, housekeeping).
- Creation of practical success stories.
- Promotion of AI-based robotics demonstrators to solve specific challenges.
Regulation & Sandbox
Focus: Legal framework, secure test environments and certifications.
Fields of action:
- Setting up regulatory "sandboxes" (real laboratories) for testing and validation.
- Clarification of areas of conflict (safety, security, CRA).
- Development of standards for human-robot collaboration.
- Active dialog with legislators and politicians.
