Dr. Maximilian Bock holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering and management from Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU). In 2020, he also completed his doctorate in business informatics at FAU with a focus on digital business models in Industry 4.0.

Dr. Maximilian Bock has been working at Bayern Innovativ GmbH since January 2021. As Project Manager Material & Production, he has since been working on various projects for the digitalization of production. Since 2023, he has been responsible as project manager for the Manufacturing-X topic area and, in this context, is responsible for the participations as an associated partner in Factory-X and as a project partner in SCALE-MX.
