On July 9, 2025, the Defence TechDay will take place at the former airbase in Erding.

Exhibition on military dimensions
In our outdoor area, we present current topics in the fields of space, air, cyber, ground and maritime technologies. Defence TechDay on July 9, 2025
On July 9, 2025, we are moving the conference to the former airbase in Erding for an impressive SVI Defence TechDay. Here you can expect a captivating presentation of the latest technologies and solutions that will give participants unique insights into the battlefield of tomorrow.

On July 9, 2025, the conference will turn into an impressive SVI Defence TechDay at the former airbase in Erding. Experience an exciting presentation of innovative technologies and solutions that provide exclusive insights into the future battlefield.

Parallel to the event, we offer you the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor in the accompanying trade exhibition. This will take place on 07.07.2025 as part of an exclusive pre-event and on 08.07.2025 during the Future Congress.

Theme islands:
Exhibitors will be placed thematically on different islands corresponding to the military dimensions. The following theme islands will be offered:
Space: Technologies and solutions for use in space or to support missions in space.
Ground: Technologies for use on the ground that support ground troops, for example.
Drones

Selection criteria for exhibitors:
In order to meet the high standards of the networking conference, exhibitors will be selected based on the following criteria:
Tangible (system) solutions: Solutions should represent concrete products or systems that have viable applications in the battlefield of the future.
Innovative content: Particular interest is shown in innovative approaches that introduce new technologies or processes and offer added value.
Demonstrators and simulations: Preference will be given to exhibitors who are able to showcase technologies in the form of demonstrations or simulations. This offers participants an impressive opportunity to see the solutions in action.

Exhibitor spaces are expected to be allocated from 19.05.2025.

• Basic infrastructure for your booth (area approx. 6m² (2x2m), 1 table, 2 chairs)
• 2 exhibitor passes (incl. participation in exclusive the pre-event on 07.07.2025 & Future Congress 08.07.2025, catering)
