Competitiveness is largely determined by the world of work. The eighth network conference of the “World of Work 4.0” thematic platform focuses on this challenge and brings you up to speed on the latest developments. Exciting real-world examples and exhibits allow you to experience the innovative world of work firsthand on site.

Robotics and artificial intelligence will revolutionize the world of work: The interface between man and machine will become a key success factor with far-reaching innovation potential. The humane use of machines in the world of work - especially artificial intelligence and robotics - is therefore a key task when it comes to shaping the working world of today and tomorrow. When used correctly, machines help to create creative freedom, reduce workloads and routine tasks, enable age-appropriate working or improve working conditions in general and thus ultimately realize "good work" for employees.

Against this backdrop, the seventh network conference on October 30, 2025 at the Gaszählerwerkstatt in Munich will shed light on the key aspects of successful human-machine interaction, including its diverse effects on the world of work. We cordially invite you to be part of this exciting conference. Don't miss the opportunity to learn from leading experts, discuss promising concepts for human-machine collaboration and network with them.
