In many companies, knowledge is tied to people, processes, and experience. When employees leave, responsibilities change, or teams are restructured, knowledge transfer becomes a strategic priority. The first session of the AI Practical Workshop will demonstrate how artificial intelligence can help capture and structure expertise and make it usable within the company. The focus will be on knowledge preservation, knowledge retention, and practical experiences from companies.
AI can help organize information, reveal connections, and make knowledge more accessible. What matters most is not the tool itself, but how knowledge management is effectively integrated into existing processes.
