Swiss SME Seeks Horizon Europe Partner for Integrated Resilience
October 15, 2026
A Swiss company with expertise in both practice and research offers its own integrated approach to risk management, business continuity, cyber resilience, and crisis management for the protection of critical infrastructure. The company is seeking consortium partners for research and development collaborations within the framework of Horizon Europe as well as other EU- or nationally funded projects.
Offer and Innovation
The methodology combines threat analyses, dependencies, human factors, and regulatory requirements into a single decision-making chain. As a result, risks, business continuity, cybersecurity, and crisis management are not treated as separate issues but are systematically coordinated with one another. The method has been developed, tested, and refined since 2019 in more than sixteen EU-funded research projects. This enables the Swiss SME to assess resilience even for prototypes and systems prior to deployment, when comprehensive operational data is not yet available.
It has proven experience in leading work packages, including those focused on vulnerability and resilience assessment in inland waterway transport, as well as operational resilience and crisis response in the protection of satellite ground infrastructure. The consulting services are method- and tool-independent, so project partners are not required to adopt a specific software solution.
The offering includes resilience analyses, Security by Design, crisis exercises, regulatory gap analyses, and support for exploitation and dissemination. The method has been tested in over sixteen EU-funded projects since 2019 and complies with standards including ISO 22301, NIS2, CER, and DORA.
Sought Partners and Form of Cooperation
We are seeking project coordinators and consortium partners who are preparing or implementing Horizon Europe projects in Cluster 3 (Civil Security for Society) or Cluster 5 (Climate, Energy, and Mobility). Relevant topics include, in particular, the protection of critical infrastructure, civil society security, disaster resilience, cybersecurity, and resilient transportation and energy systems.
The Swiss SME wishes to participate either as a contributing partner for risk and resilience or as the leader of a specific resilience work package.
We are also seeking technology developers, research institutions, universities, operators of critical infrastructure, and civil protection agencies to provide the technical application and threat context and to integrate resilience work into the project work plan.
The intended form of cooperation is a research and development cooperation agreement. The goal is long-term, active co-development within European consortia, in which the methodology is specifically adapted to the respective project area and the relevant legal jurisdictions.
