Karolina Bähr
Karolina Bähr studied technically oriented business administration with a focus on innovation management and controlling at the University of Stuttgart. She then obtained a Master's degree in Management with a focus on global companies at the Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg.
Karolina Bähr then worked as a research assistant and conducted research on digital and sustainable innovations in the context of business ecosystems. Her work has been presented and published internationally. Furthermore, during her time at the university, she gained extensive experience in designing and conducting seminars on topics of innovation-oriented collaboration as well as implementation and diffusion of innovations.
Since September 2024, Karolina Bähr has been working as a project manager in the Enterprise Europe Network at Bayern Innovativ. Her focus is on supporting Bavarian SMEs in international cooperation. She also contributes her expertise to supporting Bavarian SMEs in the areas of innovation management, digitalization and sustainability.
