Christian von der Burg graduated from the Technical University of Munich-Weihenstephan in 1994 with a degree in brewing and beverage technology.
He worked for more than 10 years in leading positions in beverage production companies. He spent 6 years as QA/QM manager at Coca-Cola and 4 years as plant manager at the Franken Brunnen site in Bad Windsheim.
He has been working in the automation environment of the food and beverage industry since 2005. He has held management positions in IT sales and as a department manager for renowned companies such as Proleit GmbH, Krones AG and GEA Brewery Systems GmbH.
Since September 2025, he has been responsible for the "Digitalization" sales division at Erlangen-based HEITEC AG.
