His specialty is learning transfer & sustainable change, for which he has written five books, including the business bestsellers "Die Weiterbildungslüge" and "Change mich am Arsch". He also specializes in workload, stress and burnout, for which he has a doctorate. He has 30 years of experience as a trainer and coach.
