Since April 2024, Anja Birke has been in charge of projects in the area of sustainability management and reporting at Bayern Innovativ. The department deals with the sustainability strategy for Bayern Innovativ, sustainability reporting according to DNK and CSRD, as well as CO2 balancing and reduction.

From July 2020 to March 2024, she worked as a project manager in innovation management at Bayern Innovativ.

Anja Birke graduated from the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management. Her focus in both courses was on innovation and sustainability management. During internships at the Dräxlmaier Group and PUMA SE, she was able to apply what she had learned in practice and gain further experience.
