Slogan IHSE enhances IT resilience, simplifies multi-class structures, and boosts operational efficiency. Profile IHSE strengthens the digital command and control capabilities of military forces by making complex multi-class workflows secure, resilient, and manageable. Our solutions reduce technical and operational complexity, protect critical IT infrastructure, and enable clear, controlled access across all security levels—for robust, mission-ready C2 structures. Products/Services IHSE solutions are already being used successfully in highly critical operational environments—including large C2 situation centers, mobile and deployable command posts, ATM/ATC infrastructures, command vehicles, and as an integral component of modern GBAD weapon systems. In all these applications, our systems ensure resilient multi-class workflows, intuitive usability, and maximum availability for operational use. IHSE deliberately transmits control and video signals without using TCP/IP. By avoiding standardized network protocols, no vulnerable IP interfaces are created at the operator station. This significantly minimizes insider risks: There are no open ports, no routable data paths, and no possibility of manipulating information undetected via the KVM system. The architecture remains strictly isolated, controllable, and highly resilient—ideal for multi-class and military operational environments. Draco vario Secure KVM Extender (EAL4+, NIAPC-listed) The Draco vario Secure KVM Extender enables highly secure access to computers in protected, restricted-access server rooms. Data is transmitted via unidirectional optical data diodes, ensuring that data flow is possible only from the operator station to the computer. Each port is hardware-isolated and accepts only predefined HID devices. Return channels, tampering, or unwanted signals are ruled out by the design. As such, the extender serves as a central component for resilient, tamper-proof multi-class workflows, as required in military command and operations environments. Draco KVM Matrix Switch: The networked Draco tera KVM Matrix Switch serves as the central routing system and acts as the “Secure Core” of the architecture. The matrix creates a protected, cyber-resilient environment in which signal interference is prevented by design. Control and signal data are physically separated, and all channels are switched strictly discretely—without any overlap or mixing of data paths. This ensures the integrity of sensitive multi-class workflows at all times. The IHSE Matrix is fully scalable—from compact command vehicles to large-scale C2 command centers. Thanks to its modular architecture, discrete signal separation, and highly resilient design, the system can be precisely adapted to any mission scale and any multi-class workflow. Technology/Research As a German high-tech SME based in the Lake Constance region, we develop and manufacture our solutions entirely at our Oberteuringen facility. As a technological market leader, we drive the continuous advancement of our products and work closely with leading German research institutions—in particular, the Fraunhofer IIS. Together, we have implemented the Fraunhofer JPEG XS codec for FPGA-based applications. JPEG XS enables extremely low latency, near-lossless quality, minimal resource requirements, and deterministic behavior. This makes it the ideal foundation for real-time workflows, multi-class IT, C2 structures, and highly resilient military systems. Information Our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany without the use of hazardous materials and exceed REACH and RoHS requirements. We comply with CE standards and ensure the highest level of security for industrial, cybersecurity-related, maritime, and military applications—including ISO 27001:2022, IEC 60945, TEMPEST, NIS2, and Common Criteria EAL 4+. We continuously review our processes and undergo regular audits to ensure the highest levels of trustworthiness and sustainability for our customers, partners, employees, and the environment. IHSE is certified to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 27001:2022—clear evidence of quality, environmental responsibility, and robust information security in the military sector.
