This construction method was further developed from the traditional timber frame construction method. Thus we offer our clients the special advantage that ground plan solutions as well as interior and exterior design can be designed absolutely freely. Characteristic for the "modern timber frame construction" is, for example, that it does not require load-bearing walls, that free ground plan solutions are possible, that the walls only have a room-enclosing function, and that therefore all exterior walls can also be replaced by glass. This creates a harmonious connection between the interior and the landscape, namely: "Unlimited planning freedom with wood and glass". It is thus possible to build on even the most difficult plots of land in a sensible and economical way. Thus these conditions find their formative expression in staggered levels slope houses without cellar (!!!), for which one of our sample houses gives a descriptive example: Design diversity, such as "living and working under one roof" or granny apartments in connection with hillside development, monopitch roofs, but especially: energy self-sufficient houses by exploiting all solar gains. This leads also in the buildings realized so far to the fact that nearly all houses possess south orientation, no house, which was not implemented in low-energy building method, whereby a standard of down to 3-liter oil consumption per year and square meter floor space is practice-experienced. All this, of course, is possible only through consistent use of solar energy, which is available to us without charge. In our model houses we show a variety of solutions.
