VITAS is a Nuremberg-based tech startup that develops artificial intelligence (AI)-based phone assistants that offer a human-like user experience and can be specialized for different use cases. The assistant can be set up in minutes and can be adapted to changing circumstances at any time - without technical knowledge. Thus, VITAS offers an efficient solution for medical practices overloaded by ringing phones. Unlike an answering machine, it not only takes incoming calls, but also prepares the information taken from the call in a clear list. Thanks to AI, it is able to conduct a natural dialog with callers and independently request missing data - just like a human. The practice staff can then access the prepared list with all the required information to process the request efficiently and flexibly in terms of time.
