Hochschule Kempten

The Electronics Integration Laboratory (EI-Lab) was founded in 2015 and established and expanded over the following years. This created space for applied research projects, student project work and practical courses in the field of assembly and connection technology, microintegration and the thermal management of electronic systems at Kempten University of Applied Sciences for the first time. Today, the laboratory covers an area of 300m² and has a complete prototype production line for printed circuit boards, equipment for handling and assembling semiconductor components and extensive facilities for testing and analysis.
