From Real-Time Data to Decisions: Use Cases from Digitalization, Manufacturing, and Mobility
On October 5, 2026, the Bavarian Data Summit will bring together leading minds from industry, technology, research, and politics at the Design Offices München Macherei. The focus will be on how real-time data and AI enable concrete decisions —and thereby reshape value creation in manufacturing and mobility. The program combines strategic insights on leadership, infrastructure, and digital sovereignty with concrete use cases from Bavaria that demonstrate how data-driven systems are already making a difference in practice today—from connected factories to smart mobility systems. There is a special focus on cross-industry exchange: The summit highlights what manufacturing and mobility can learn from each other and how data-driven applications can be scaled along the value chain. Here, providers of data, AI, cloud, and infrastructure solutions will meet with users from OEMs, suppliers, and mobility tech companies, as well as representatives from academia and applied research. Together, they will provide guidance in an increasingly complex data landscape—and demonstrate how real-time data can be transformed into reliable decisions.

We serve two markets: locally in the DACH region and via nearshoring from Romania. That’s why we provide unbiased advice and recommend only what’s right for your specific situation.
What happens to critical data if the cloud, power, or hardware fails? Ewigbyte is developing secure photonic storage for Europe’s critical data infrastructure. Data is permanently stored in glass using ultrashort-pulse lasers and remains intact for millennia—without the need for power, without degradation, and without the need for regular hardware migration. Visit us and see how data is stored on glass.
