Chalin Broux successfully completed her training as an event manager (IHK) at Heiligenfeld Kliniken GmbH in 2015. In the years that followed, she gained extensive professional experience in event and project management.

In 2018, she also completed further training as a business administrator (IHK) with a focus on marketing, controlling and corporate management, including the aptitude test for trainers (AEVO).

Until March 2023, she was employed at Bayer. Staatsbad Bad Kissingen GmbH, where she was responsible for the areas of event organization and ticketing. Since April 2023, she has been working at Bayern Innovativ GmbH as a project manager in the marketing/event department.
