Nothing is as constant as change – Heraclitus of Ephesus, 535–475 B.C.

Never before have companies faced as much pressure to change as they do today: globalization and digitalization are driving new challenges at a rapid pace. Supply chains, in particular, are under ever-increasing pressure.

The solution is not a one-size-fits-all approach, but rather consists of a multitude of components.
A central component is networked data rooms, which make it possible to securely consolidate and utilize data from production and the supply chain—spanning systems, locations, and partners—and make it usable.

We want to explore together the role data plays in supply chain resilience and how it can be made usable, for example through digital twins.

At theSCALE-MX Best Practice Event, you’lllearnhow practical solutions are being developedspecificallyfor this purpose within the framework ofManufacturing-X.

Using concrete use cases from production management, supply chain management, and digital twins, we will demonstrate how data can lead to operational transparency, better decisions, and sustainable success.

The interactive portion of the event provides an opportunity for participants to exchange ideas and discuss the presented approaches in light of their respective business contexts.

Take this opportunity to learn about the use cases firsthand, identify potential for your own company, and establish direct contacts with relevant X projects.

What to expect—and why it’s worth it:

Keynotes from SIEMENS and others on visions and current challenges
→ Relevant technology trends & exciting insights

Practical examples of data usage in production management
→ Concrete insights & best practices from GMN and others.

Interactive sessions & networking
→ Direct exchange with users, providers, & SCALE-MX partners

Participation is free!

Theevent is part of the SCALE-MX project.

SCALE-MX is Manufacturing-X’s transfer initiative, in which X-projects develop data spaces for various industries. SCALE-MX aims to demonstrate the benefits of industrial data spaces to users, providers, and multipliers and to motivate them to participate. The team is working to make the concept of data spaces understandable, connect companies, and scale data spaces. SCALE-MX is funded by the BMWE and is a consortium of VDMA, ZVEI, Niedersachsen Next, Bayern Innovativ, DIHK Service GmbH, and WIK, led by VDMA and ZVEI.
