EEN Matchmaking at Space Tech Expo Europe

From November 17 to 19, 2026, an international matchmaking event organized by the Enterprise Europe Network in collaboration with Messe Bremen will take place at the Space Tech Expo Europe trade show. The matchmaking event brings together buyers, manufacturers, system integrators, suppliers, and other decision-makers from the aerospace industry. The focus will be on, among other things, the development, manufacturing, and testing of spacecraft, satellites, launch vehicles, and other space-related technologies. The event is aimed at companies and research institutions from civil, military, and commercial sectors.

How to Participate / Event Information

• Register on the B2B Matchmaking event platform
• Complete your company profile—including job title, company details, and website link.
• Use the marketplaces to post your specific collaboration offers or requests.
• Indicate the times when you will be available on-site in Bremen for meetings.
• Browse participant profiles to identify potential partners.
• Send and accept meeting requests directly through the platform.
• Scheduled meetings will take place at the trade show in a designated matchmaking area or— NEW THIS YEAR— directly at your own exhibition booth, and each meeting will last 20 minutes.

Registration for matchmaking is now open. Meeting bookings begin on October 5, 2026. Participation in EEN matchmaking is free of charge. Registration will remain open as long as meeting slots are available, but no later than November 16, 2026. Additionally, separate registration or an admission ticket for Space Tech Expo Europe 2026 is required.

EEN-Fraunhofer Space Community Get-Together

On November 16, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., the EEN-Fraunhofer Space Community Get-Together will take place at ECOMAT in Bremen. The event serves as the kickoff on the eve of the Space Tech Expo Europe and is aimed at companies, startups, research institutions, and other stakeholders in the space industry.
The focus will be on space security. The program will include keynote speeches by ESA and DLR, a panel discussion, a startup pitching session, and opportunities for in-person networking.

Key topics include:

• space debris and space weather,
• the protection of critical infrastructure,
• industrial production,
• astronaut safety, and
• regulatory frameworks.

The event offers startups and innovative companies in particular the opportunity to showcase their solutions, establish contacts with potential customers and partners, and contribute to the discussion on future developments in the field of space security.

How to Participate / Pitch Application

Participation in the get-together is free of charge. Prior registration for the event is required.
Space startups and innovative companies can also apply to give a four-minute pitch. The application deadline for the pitch session is October 31, 2026. This gives selected companies the opportunity to present their technology, business model, or solution to an expert audience from the space sector, research, and industry.
