Sustainability reporting - creating clarity, seizing opportunities

Sustainability as a competitive advantage: from individual measures to strategy and implementation

CSRD, ESRS or VSME - when it comes to these abbreviations and the topic of sustainability reporting, managers of companies subject to reporting requirements see a mountain of work ahead of them. In addition, small and medium-sized companies are often asked about their sustainability data and activities due to their customer relationships.

Nevertheless, there are also valuable opportunities to be gained from identifying material topics and a smart sustainability strategy. Companies that integrate sustainability into their goals can be among the winners in a competitive environment.

A well-prepared sustainability report, which many companies will be obliged to produce from the 2025 financial year, can also contribute to this. You can find out whether your company is one of them and how best to proceed in the workshop "Sustainability reporting - creating clarity, seizing opportunities".

The event, organized by Bayern Innovativ GmbH's Transformation team, offers participants a quick and comprehensive overview,

  • why sustainability should have a high priority in the corporate context,
  • how to implement a sustainability strategy in the company,
  • the importance of materiality analysis and (climate) scenario analysis in order to make well-founded decisions for sustainable development and
  • how you can be well prepared for any reporting.

Final discussion:
