A traditional family business from Calabria (Italy) has been developing high-quality artisan baked goods since 1969. For a new type of bread with a shelf life of up to six months without preservatives, the bakery is looking for technological partners who can provide or jointly develop an environmentally friendly and protective packaging solution. The product (bread) is made with double-baked dough and over 75% hydration. It remains crispy and aromatic, but is very fragile - which is why packaging plays a key role in maintaining quality and market penetration.
