What remains of the DLD Future Hub: Impact of AI?
Summary of the conference in Munich September 10-11, 2025
29.09.2025
Two days full of impulses, perspectives and encounters at the Amerikahaus Munich - the DLD AI Conference showed how artificial intelligence is not only changing technology, but also society, art and politics.
The DLD Future Hub was more than just a conference - it was a laboratory for the future. The focus was on four topics:
AI meets responsibility
The discussions showed that progress needs ethical guidelines. Bavaria's Minister President Markus Söder, Science Minister Markus Blume and Digital Minister Fabian Mehring emphasized Bavaria's role as an AI pioneer - with a focus on digital sovereignty and trustworthy AI.
Art & AI - a new alliance
Artists such as Alvaro Barrington and curator Hans Ulrich Obrist showed how AI expands creative processes - and touches on deeply human issues: Emotion, loneliness, identity.
Circular Economy & AI
The "Circular Day" on 9 September highlighted how AI can help to conserve resources and rethink supply chains - a strong signal for sustainable innovation.
Networking as the key
Whether at the BAIOSPHERE Blue get-together or in the beer garden: the conference was a place for real encounters - between start-ups, research and politics.
The AI Production Network Augsburg was actively involved in the lounge - and is already looking forward to further exchanges with everyone from the AI ecosystem in Bavaria.
