Everything to back up your goals with a clear strategy and to maintain and expand your competitiveness.

Roadmaps to guide the way
In einer Roadmap hinterlegen Sie definierte strategische Ziele mit einem Fahrplan, um diese auch zu erreichen.

Just like in daily life: Where am I, where do I want to go, and then how do I get there?

To be able to carry out this planning, we have established a solution with the Digital Innovation Platform (DIP) with which we support companies. This makes it possible to formulate strategic goals and back them up with a roadmap to achieve them. In this way, you keep track of all important topics and the necessary steps to achieve them.

Here again, we at Bayern Innovativ combine our methodological and expert knowledge with our DIP software to be able to do the best for you and the ecosystem. The platform not only provides roadmaps, but also radars. Curious how you too can benefit from this expertise? Then get to know our Technology and Innovation Management (TIM) team and get a detailed consultation. Together, we will then develop the roadmap for your innovative future.

What is behind a roadmap?

A roadmap can be used to show and visualize temporal and logical links between different influencing factors, such as technologies, markets, products or even resources, over a longer period of time. This helps to communicate complex relationships more easily and transparently and to create clarity for the next steps. For this purpose, internal and external perspectives should be brought together, interacting approaches for new impulses should be introduced and relevant stakeholders should be integrated. This creates a holistic picture and helps to identify important interrelationships and depict obstacles or drivers.

Thus, a roadmap can be used for many different objectives and by a wide variety of organizations, such as companies, ministries through to clusters and networks. The decisive factor is the goal for which the roadmapping method is used: strategic roadmap, technology roadmap or innovation roadmap, to name just three examples.

Last but not least, a roadmap shows dependency paths between various levels and provides information about the current status as well as about necessary future development steps to achieve the desired goal.
