Prof. Dr. med. Tobias D. Gantner, MBA, LL.M., is a physician, lawyer, economist, philosopher, and entrepreneur—and a native of the Allgäu region. As the founder of HealthCare Futurists, he developed the “doctor-free practice” (Adenauer Prize 2021) and, in collaboration with the University of Halle, implemented the “Digital Community Practice” in the Mansfeld region, where nursing staff take on medical tasks. His mission: the democratization of healthcare—even in places where the nearest practice is far away.
