Tanja Würthner studied Media and Information Science/Media and Communication, with a focus on business and technology, at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. After earning her master’s degree, she worked at a research institute as a research assistant and project manager.
Since April 2026, she has been working at Bayern Innovativ GmbH as a project manager in the field of technology and innovation management. In this role, she focuses primarily on collaboration between small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and startups, customer-centricity as a key priority for SMEs, and various knowledge transfer formats aimed at fostering a strong Bavarian innovation ecosystem.
