Dr. Roland Krebs works as a technical consultant in the fields of electronic systems, information and communication technology, and security and defense at VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH. He studied physics at the University of Würzburg and received his doctorate in applied semiconductor physics in 2005.

VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik GmbH acts as a project management agency for numerous federal and state ministries. Dr. Krebs' work focuses on project management for the Bavarian Joint Research Program – Funding Line Digitization of the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development, and Energy. Among other things, this involves the assessment, evaluation, and supervision of research and development projects.
