After studying human geography at the University of Augsburg, Robert Dölle first gained professional experience as a regional manager and then worked as a network officer at Augsburg University of Applied Sciences, where he was responsible for the alumni network and a network for the promotion of talented and committed individuals.

Since September 2023, Robert Dölle has been working at Bayern Innovativ GmbH as Project Manager Technology in the Materials & Production specialization field.
