"imuveo - Intelligent imaging for modern immunotherapies
Early diagnosis and monitoring with CD2-PET
imuveo is developing an innovative PET tracer based on a nanobody that recognizes the target molecule CD2 on T cells. This enables a new generation of imaging diagnostics and therapy monitoring in immuno-oncology.
The tracer makes the entire T-cell activity in the tumor visible and provides fast and precise information on the effectiveness of immunotherapies.
Why this is relevant:
* ⏱ Visualize early response - after about two weeks instead of six months
* ? Broadly applicable - for all solid tumors and all forms of immunotherapy
* ? Real-time monitoring - enables individualized therapy decisions
Advantages for clinics and industry:
* ? Improved patient care through early control
* ? Reduction of costs for ineffective therapies
* ? Optimization and acceleration of clinical studies in IO
The current status:
* €1.6m public funding
* 100% IP ownership (2 patents pending)
* Phase I trial from 2026 (Australia)
* Active BD discussions with leading radiopharma partners
* Capital round (€5m) in preparation
In the long term, imuveo plans further development towards theranostics for cancer and autoimmune diseases."
