Ms. Patricia Ruppert holds a degree in civil engineering and completed a two-year full-time Masters of Business Administration in Great Britain after several years of professional experience. She was also a lecturer at Manchester University / Business School in the field of Corporate Strategic Integrity for several years and taught at the University of Public Administration / Baden-Württemberg on the management of European funding projects.

Ms. Patricia Ruppert can look back on a wide range of international professional experience. This includes the project management of large construction projects, funding consultancy and the management of projects funded by international donors such as KfW, the EU and the World Bank. She has also advised companies on international market development and represented their interests abroad. Ms. Patricia Ruppert has developed her multicultural competence in the countries of Europe, Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

Due to her affinity for sustainable business, Ms. Patricia Ruppert obtained a certification as an analyst for ESG investments at the CFA Institute in London in 2022. She then developed a sustainable transformation strategy - funded by the BMWK - for the automotive industry at the European Metropolitan Region of Nuremberg to become the “EMN Agency for the Future” before joining Bayern Innovativ in October 2024. Here, Patricia Ruppert is responsible for Advanced Partnering Services as a project manager within the Enterprise Europe Network.
