Pamela Koch holds a degree in Business Administration (FH).

From 2004 to 2011, she headed the grant project controlling department at the Innovation Advisory Centre for Northern Bavaria. She subsequently worked as Head of Controlling and Administration at the Bavarian Innovation and Technology Centre.

Since 2017, she has been employed as Head of Finance for the Bavarian Project Management Agency at Bayern Innovativ GmbH. When assessing potential project ideas, she and her team are responsible for ensuring that the projects are viable not only from a technological but also from a business perspective, and that government funding is used correctly. In addition, she is Deputy Multi-Project Manager for the Bavarian Project Management Agency.
