After successfully completing her training as a digital and print media specialist, Nina Stokic studied Multimedia and Communication (B.A.) and Digital Marketing (M.A.) at Ansbach University of Applied Sciences. During her studies, she gained practical experience in the start-up environment and in strategic management consulting.

After graduating, she worked for various IT and software companies, where she acquired in-depth knowledge in the areas of digitalization, Industry 4.0 and process management and dealt intensively with the special challenges of the medium-sized company landscape.

Since May 2024, Nina Stokic has completed the Technology and Innovation Management team at Bayern Innovativ GmbH as a project manager. In addition, she is conducting research at the Ansbach University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with Bayern Innovativ GmbH on the topic of "Communication strategies to promote the acceptance of disruptive innovations in SMEs" with the aim of completing a doctorate in innovation management (economics).
