Matthias Ullmann is a trained draughtsman and state-certified physiotherapist. After several years of studying civil engineering specializing in hydraulic engineering at Siegen University of Applied Sciences, he changed direction and developed his career as a physiotherapist into therapy management.
He developed digital solutions in outpatient, rehabilitation and inpatient medical facilities and introduced these and external solutions, also within the framework of the KHZG.
Among other things, he was responsible for the new construction and digitalization of a psychiatric clinic and headed the central therapy and project management of a large regional clinic group.

Matthias Ullmann has been part of the healthcare network at Bayern Innovativ since February 2024, manages the EDIH DigiCare project and is responsible for part of the team in terms of discipline.
