Marina Iftner has been a project manager in the health sector at Bayern Innovativ GmbH since 2023.
She serves as project manager for Bayern Innovativ’s “Nuremberg Nursing Practice Center” project, which focuses on the implementation of technologies in nursing care. In this role, her responsibilities include knowledge transfer, public relations, and event management. She holds a master’s degree in Medical Process Management from Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and a bachelor’s degree in Social Management.
Thanks to her previous work as a registered nurse in the emergency room, she combines practical experience with expertise in agile and traditional project management, supported by her certification as a Professional Scrum Master I.
