Margarita Schäfer is Sales Manager DACH at Kermel SAS, responsible for market development across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. In her daily work, she closely collaborates with end users and partners along the entire textile value chain - from fiber to finished protective garments.

She has more than ten years of experience in technical textiles and their processing. She began her career at the Dürkopp Adler Group, working in application engineering and segment management, where she later took responsibility for technical textiles. She then expanded her sales expertise as a Key Account Manager in CNC cutting solutions.

Today, her focus is on developing and implementing protective clothing solutions that combine safety, comfort, and functionality. She is particularly driven by translating practical requirements into effective material and product solutions.
