Henning Berthold is a project manager and head of the creative industries division at Bayern Innovativ GmbH. His work focuses on analysing industry-relevant developments, fostering strategic networking within the sector, and initiating innovation projects.

As a member of the Supervisory Board of the European Federation for Creative Economy (Creative FED), he is also committed to promoting the sector at European level. Previously, he worked for the Federal Government’s Centre of Excellence for the Cultural and Creative Industries and spent many years conducting academic research into the sector at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
