Eva Ulicevic is Director Architecture, Strategy and Technology Enablement at Telefónica Germany, where she drives innovation in cloud-native networks, autonomous systems, and 6G development.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Montenegro and a Master’s in Mathematics from the University of Belgrade, specializing in the theory of random series.
She also served for 14 years as an assistant to professors at the National Mathematical Faculty of Montenegro, delivering practical lectures across various national faculties—including mathematics, electronics and telecommunications, civil engineering, and mechanical engineering—primarily in the areas of mathematical analysis, probability theory and statistics, and numerical analysis.

With over 25 years of experience across Telenor, Deutsche Telekom, and Telefónica, she has led numerous strategic transformation programs.

At Telefónica, she plays a key role in building Europe’s first public cloud-based network automation platform, enabling dynamic slicing and monetization for 5G and 6G.

Her work bridges deep technical expertise with visionary leadership in next-generation connectivity.
