Christian Loewke studied patent engineering at the East Bavarian University of Applied Sciences in Amberg-Weiden and industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering and production systems at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. He then worked for several years as a research assistant at the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation in the “Logistics and Factory Systems” department. Through his project-based work, he has gained extensive experience in the fields of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the optimization of production systems.
Since January 2026, Christian Loewke has been working as a Technology Project Manager in the Innovation Management division at Bayern Innovativ GmbH. In his current role, he focuses in particular on connecting startups and SMEs, technological trends and developments, and the innovation needs of Bavarian companies.
