Bianca Trummer studied literature and linguistics with a focus on Hispanic studies, Latin America and history at the Catholic University of Eichstätt and the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and graduated with a Magistra Artium. She then completed her training as an event manager (IHK) at the WiSo-Führungskräfte-Akademie Nürnberg in cooperation with Bayern Innovativ GmbH.
Her professional career at Bayern Innovativ thus began during her internship in 2003. In the following years, she gained extensive experience in project and event management, including in the BayTech section and at Forum MedTech Pharma e.V., where she was responsible for the organization and marketing of numerous congresses, conferences and workshops. In the meantime, she deepened her expertise in event planning as an event manager in the private sector.

Bianca Trummer has been working as a Network Advisor for the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) since 2020. Her initial focus was on supporting Bavarian companies in international partnering activities such as brokerage events and company missions as well as back-office coordination of the Bavarian EEN consortium "Bavaria2Europe".
Since the end of 2024, Bianca Trummer has been responsible for the Europe & International division as Marketing Coordinator, where she provides communications support for the international activities of the EEN and the Internationalization division at Bayern Innovativ.
