The law firm "von Zanthier & Schulz" was founded in 1992 in Berlin with the aim to advise companies with economic activities towards Eastern Europe. Since 1995, the law firm has also been active in Poznan, Poland, under the name "von Zanthier Kancelaria Prawinca" Sp.k.. The pioneers of the first hour in Poland have grown into a law firm operating throughout Europe with interdisciplinary teams from the fields of legal advice, tax advice and auditing at the Berlin and Poznan locations. Our goal is to provide you with legal and cross-border advice on your investment projects and business activities in Germany and Poland.
