Our company headquarters is located in Tirschenreuth on the A93 freeway between Regensburg and Hof. We are a small medium-sized company with 10 employees, divided into 5 departments: - Design by means of 3D CAD application - CNC machining and mechanical production of special materials for prototypes and pilot series - Mechanical workshop equipped with engine processing machines - Engine assembly, repair and maintenance of internal combustion engines - Test benches for engines and vehicles with appropriate measurement technology The range of parts extends to the manufacture and processing of crankshaft drive parts for internal combustion engines. As materials we process lightweight materials such as titanium, carbon and ceramic materials. Our clientele is the motorsport, the engine pre-development and the engine test and prototype construction.

The company Völkl Motorentechnik designs and manufactures cylinders/pistons/connecting rods made of steel/cast/aluminum/titanium/carbon on CNC machines for prototypes and motorsport use. In the mechanical workshop, engines or parts are modified and machined on special machines, completed into prototypes and test vehicles in the assembly department, and functionally tested and checked on our own test benches by means of measurement data acquisition.
