Tset is a leading expert in product cost and CO₂ analysis. The Vienna and Kuchl-based scale-up was founded in 2018 by Andreas Tsetinis and Sasan Hashemi. With its software for holistic cost management, Tset enables the manufacturing industry to maximize cost and CO₂ efficiency in product development, production and procurement. As costs and CO₂ emissions are always calculated together, customers can identify the benefits of their own products and CO₂ avoidance strategies very specifically. In contrast to standard blanket assessments on the market, Tset's software offers very comprehensive and precise analyses based on a large amount of existing secondary data with only a small amount of additional primary data from the respective supply chain. A TISAX certification for information security in production certifies that the data used is secure. Furthermore, the solution is cloud-based and is offered as a SaaS product, which means that the system is ready-to-use and does not incur any internal IT costs for customers. This offer is used by decision-makers from the white goods, yellow goods, automotive, medical technology and electrical engineering sectors, among others. More than 90 mathematicians, software developers and production experts are currently working at the Kuchl and Vienna sites to continuously expand and optimize Tset's offering.
