Information
The Environmental Energy Law Foundation is a non-profit research institution. It thinks ahead about how the legal framework for a climate-friendly energy system must be designed, thereby enabling a sustainable energy supply and economy. To this end, it analyzes legal developments, explains complex interrelationships and provides an overview of the jungle of paragraphs. Due to its legal expertise and independence in terms of content, the foundation is an important legal policy advisor. In interdisciplinary projects and expert forums, it develops concrete approaches to solutions for the key players in the energy transition in Germany and the European Union. The Stiftung Umweltenergierecht is financed by donations, endowments and grants.
