SRW metalfloat GmbH, based in Espenhain, Leipzig district, is a 100% subsidiary of the Scholz Group and one of the largest recycling service providers and metal scrap recyclers and disposal companies in Germany.

Our core competence lies in the processing of shredder residues and other metal-containing waste.

With our wide range of process engineering systems and patented processing methods from our research and development departments, we are setting new standards in the recovery of raw materials such as aluminum, plastics and composite materials, steel and precious metals, thus providing you with an additional value-added refinement stage "on top" of the conventional metal scrap yield ("deep tech") - a real added value for the circular economy.
