Interior: For the automotive industry, Sandler AG produces an extensive range of lightweight nonwoven absorbers, which today cover almost all applications for acoustically effective components in the interior of vehicles. They can dampen engine and driving noises, thus promoting quiet cruising as well as conversations at normal volume - even at high speeds. Highly efficient fiber absorbers are used in the headliner and seat recess, in the dashboard and the parcel shelf, which, completely odorless, create a pleasant atmosphere. They also contribute to climate control in the interior. Anthracite-colored variants are also available for visible parts. Self-supporting, lightweight and temperature-stable nonwovens for molded parts offer excellent contour fidelity and allow very deep moldings. These nonwovens are not only characterized by high mechanical stability, but are also acoustically effective. Trim on pillars, door mirrors or even trunk floors can be precisely adapted to the respective component. Exterior: The engine is the heart of the car. Here, the materials used must show particularly high resistance, have a long service life and provide maximum performance just like the engine. Seat: Covering hundreds of kilometers in a day, standing in traffic jams for hours - and still arriving refreshed. Frequent drivers in particular need a seat that adapts to the driver, not the other way around. It should be ergonomic, with a high degree of recline, and thus provide optimum support for the back and the contours of the body. In addition, the driver does not want to sweat when sitting in one place for a long time.
