The ultrasonic SPION 101 was chosen by NASA for service in the ISS because it is "3x as sensitive as all other such devices." In industry for example, you find a good 50% more compressed air leaks than with other devices.    Also malfunctions in the hydraulics, electrics and mechanics can be detected and diagnosed. With expansion, the SPION is also used as a much simpler and cheaper alternative to vibration analysis.  The Powerboss monitors the current demand electric motors and delivers every 100stl. second only the current required in each case.   With cyclic work, 10-30% electricity can be saved. Other functions such as soft start, overload and underload monitoring, current reversal brakes, etc. are pre-programmed with selectable parameters and to be activated as needed.  Patina intelligent lighting saves at least 50% in 1:1 replacement of high-pressure lamps, in warehouses 70-80% can be achieved by daylight compensation and motion sensors (per luminaire).   A minimum of 20,000 burning hours with less than 10% power loss reduces maintenance costs by approximately 66%. SX-6000 lubricants, the only ones based on high density PTFE (not Teflon !), reduce wear by up to 88% (certified) and friction losses by  3-14%, depending on load and speed. According to a 5-year study by the Cranfield Institute, the application is beneficial everywhere in the mechanics and hydraulics.
